About two weeks ago my 2002 Ram pickup had a massive driveshaft failure and subsequent transfer case disaster while driving across Texas, 30 miles outside of Abilene. The wife and I were stranded in Abilene, with the mishap occurring on Thursday evening. Vehicle was towed to Dodge dealer, their solution was to buy a new truck. Finally on Monday morning I got in touch with Joe from Big Country. He said he could take care of my truck. Within one week he got the new drive line and transfer case and my truck was up and running again for a very reasonable price( way cheaper than a new truck). Thanks to Joe and his mechanics for all their help. There’s a place in heaven for good transmission/driveshaft guys!!
